Terms and Conditions:

Most of the items are on a Pre-Order basis and will be coming from South Korea (unless other otherwise stated). Hence, ETA is 4-6 weeks after items are picked up from our KR address. NO RUSH SHIPPING.

Once order is sent, please wait for the availability confirmation together with the invoice to be sent directly to your email or via direct message on Instagram.

Please settle payment and send your Proof of Payment to our Instagram account (@desideratacollections) through DM within 24 hours after the receipt of initial invoice. DO NOT SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT VIA EMAIL.

Order will NOT be secured until the required partial payment is settled. Partial payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless item is out of stock.

Once DP is payed, order is deemed FINAL and CANCELLATION IS NOT ALLOWED.

You will receive a reminder through email or Instagram DM for full payment once order arrives in PH and is ready for shipping to your provided address.

Failure to pay the remaining balance in full within the specified DOP is subject for order and initial payment forfeiture. Delay in paying the remaining balance shall incur PHP 100 per day.
